That early hands-on experience shaped his career and laid the foundation for his leadership at CK Homes.

At CK Homes, Kyle manages the day-to-day construction operations, oversees project timelines, coordinates materials, and leads the on-site crew. His hands-on approach and expertise in project management, material handling, and schedule execution ensure that each project stays on track and meets the highest quality standards. Kyle is deeply committed to delivering well-built homes that reflect both functionality and design excellence.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Allison, and their daughters, often making the most of family time whenever he's not on the job site.

With a strong background in residential construction and a distinguished tenure in the U.S. Army, Charles combines discipline, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise to drive the success of the company.

At CK Homes, Charles oversees sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations, ensuring that each project is executed with efficiency, transparency, and a commitment to quality. His strengths in organization, financial management, and legal operations help guide the company through complex transactions and high-stakes decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time outdoors, at a local brewery with his wife, Taylor, or at the local dog park with his German Shepherd, Cash.
